This new device was developed for the precise fabrication of dentures in patients with facial deformities or those having ocular deformities or squint. It was published in the National journal, Trends in Prosthodontics and Dental Implantology. Jan 2013;4(1)

HAT (Harshakumar-Azad Technique) Surgical Guide

This unique surgical guide helps in precise positioning of implants. It was published in the Journal of Multidisciplinary Dental Research. Jan-Jun 2013;2(1):6-9.

HAT (Harshakumar-Azad Technique) Cast Indexing Technique

This technique was introduced to rectify certain pitfalls in conventional surveying procedure of Removable Partial Dentures. It enables easy and accurate orientation of cast and also any number of duplicate casts can be re-oriented to the surveyor. It was published in the Kerala Dental Journal. April 2013;36, No.2:133-134.

HN Turn to Drive Osteotome

A set of customised hand instruments was designed by Dr Harsha Kumar for preparation of implant osteotomy with minimum tissue trauma. It was published in the International Journal of Oral Implantology and clinical research Jan-April 2017, Vol 8 Issue 1 Pages1-4.

Palatal Goniometer

Palatal Goniometer was designed by Dr Harsha Kumar for measuring the sagittal angle between the hard and soft palates. This device is very useful in the classification of soft palate during the diagnostic phase of complete denture fabrication. It was published on 28/09/2018 in the patent journal of India.
